Whetstone is a suburb in the London Borough of Barnet, around 7.8 miles north of Charing Cross. Its high street is the High Road (A1000), formerly part of the Great North Road. Totteridge and Whetstone station on the Northern line lies to the west, and Oakleigh Park station is about a mile to the east. The Dollis Valley Greenwalk follows Dollis Brook through the area.
