My philosophy is simple: get the right work done, on time, with no jargon and no surprises. You deal with me from the first conversation to long after your site goes live — there’s no hand-off to a junior or a call centre.
Step 1 — Free chat
Tell me about your business and what you need — face to face in Enfield, on a call or by email (or through the enquiry form). I’ll ask about your customers and what you want the website to do for you: more calls, more sales, or simply looking professional. Afterwards you get a clear written price, so you know exactly what’s included.
Step 2 — Mockup & start
I produce up to four mockups of your design before anything is built, so you can see how your site will look and choose the one you like. Website packages are paid in three stages: a small first payment when you order, the main payment when you approve your mockup, and the final payment before the site goes live.
Step 3 — Build & review
I build your site on a private preview link. We discuss it and refine it together — pages, colours and wording — and I test everything on phones, tablets and computers. I can write the content for you, or show you how to add your own text and photos.
Step 4 — Launch & aftercare
Your site goes public and live on Google. You get a one-to-one training session so you can make updates yourself, and a care plan keeps your site secure and up to date.
